Luca’s 20 years spent in financial services led him to question whether traditional wealth managers were truly capable of delivering independent guidance that addressed all the needs of a high-value client.
Within V3, Luca is determined to challenge these time-honoured business models. He promotes a culture of creativity and collaboration, encouraging the team to harness V3’s independent structure to find solutions that are the perfect fit for clients. The result is an organisation that thrives on delivering a positive experience for clients and where employees are passionate about drawing complexity out of financial affairs.
Over the course of his career, Luca has worked at many established financial institutions including BSI AG, Merrill Lynch International and Tullett & Tokyo Securities Ltd. At V3, he leverages his banking and investment experience to provide valued advice and oversight to clients’ existing wealth management. His mission is to ensure that the strategic vision of V3 remains steadfast; to provide clients with a clearer wealth view and a defined plan to achieve their financial goals.

Cássio is the Chief Investment Officer within the V3 team, responsible for delivering strategic investment advice and monitoring holdings to ensure they are fully in sync with client objectives.
As a dedicated observer of the financial markets, Cássio has a finely-tuned ability to identify and track investment themes that are aligned to clients’ interests and needs. His attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of clients’ financial strategies make him skillful at anticipating opportunities and challenges that could influence investment outcomes. He is passionate about proactively communicating with clients to ensure they have the guidance and insight needed to make informed investment decisions.
Cássio's investment expertise has been honed over 15 years working at leading wealth institutions such as JP Morgan Suisse, UBS AG and Unibanco SA. At these institutions, he worked as an investment advisor to European and Latin American UHNW clients, developing a deep understanding across all asset classes with highly developed knowledge in fixed income and emerging markets.

As our Chief Information & Technology Officer, Daniel’s role is to ensure we remain ahead of the curve when it comes to harnessing innovation to enhance the experience and ensure the data security of the individuals and families we work with. This includes working together with our clients and their families to provide bespoke solutions for their technological needs.
Daniel is no stranger to being a trail-blazer in digital innovation and transformation. He joined V3 from leading global venture capital firm, Index Ventures, where he was Chief Information, Security and Technology Officer. During his 15 years at the firm, and with over 25 years in the industry, Daniel was responsible for leading, establishing and implementing IT strategies and solutions. His work positioned the firm as a leader in innovative and cloud oriented adoptions.

Charlotte understands that clear and effective communication is crucial to developing the trusted client relationships at the heart of V3. Within the firm, she is responsible for ensuring that the vision, mission and service suite of V3 are understood by clients and partners.
V3 is focused on streamlining friction points in the financial process for their clients. Charlotte’s experience of client engagement makes her well placed to manage a number of proposition development initiatives that meet this objective, such as the creation of the client portal and iPad application.
An experienced relationship manager and corporate communicator, Charlotte joined V3 from the world of commodities trading. Holding posts in both sales and communications, she was responsible for new business, marketing, stakeholder communication and investor relations. She is fluent in Portuguese and has experience working with clients from Latin America, Turkey, the UK and the Middle East.

Having spent just under 30 years working in the private banking and family office sector, Mark sees V3 as a fresh take on the art of wealth management. We not only offer quality client service, but can truly back this up with an independent, intelligent and conflict-free approach, supported by our proprietary technology.
As a Senior Relationship Manager, Mark is passionate about giving clients a full oversight of their assets, transactions and relationships, helping them to grow their wealth more effectively. He builds on his extensive experience of working with individuals and families in the Middle East who are seeking more control and better outcomes in their financial management.
Before joining V3, Mark held senior international roles in London and the Middle East. His experience was gathered at firms including Standard Chartered Private Bank, Clariden Leu, as well as his time as Chief Investment Officer for a UHNW Family Office. Through these positions, he has cultivated a perfect blend of investment expertise, wealth planning knowledge and relationship management experience to serve the diverse and evolving needs of our clients.
When his career as a successful semi-professional football player was cut short due to injury, Olivier devoted himself to training and mentoring young players. In his spare time, he pursued his education with passion; achieving a Certificate and a Diploma in Business Management, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Geneva Business School.
With this deep knowledge of business, as well as his familiarity with the broader needs of sports professionals, Olivier saw an opportunity to start his own consultancy firm, called Nateo, where he worked to source and manage investment projects for those with a career in sport.
Now, as a Relationship Manager in the V3 team, Olivier applies this expertise to provide innovative solutions for our clients with a bias towards sporting and entrepreneurial individuals. He recognises that, whether active or retired, sports professionals require a bespoke approach which looks holistically at their financial affairs.
Olivier remains passionate about education and self-development by being a part-time lecturer on management and quality control standards at the IFAGE Institute in Geneva.

As the Consolidation Officer for V3, Gita ensures that every client has an aggregated view of their full wealth picture.
Her critical eye for discrepancies and anomalies is vital for this role, which employs a meticulous process to create a flawless wealth record. Gita collects all data relating to a client’s financial affairs from their multiple service providers, verifies it against market sources and inputs it into our system. She then distils this information into reports which are tailored according to the unique preferences of each client.
Prior to V3 Gita worked at a Swiss-based outsourcing solutions provider, where she gained valuable experience in the reconciliation of securities and cash, as well as reporting analysis and performance calculations. Her work at V3 takes this process one step further by really scrutinising the details of all client data, enabling our team to ensure that they are delivering relevant and informed advice to clients.

Ingrid’s attention to quality and detail allow her to excel as Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Ingrid is passionate about applying V3’s principles of cutting complexity, inconvenience and unwarranted expense to internal processes and transaction records to improve precision and speed across our systems. Her unparalleled dedication when co-ordinating everyday operations, ensures the smooth running of the business, ultimately supporting the team in delivering clients’ objectives.
Her 25 years spent in both hotel management and in senior assistant roles mean that Ingrid is uniquely positioned to implement elements of the hospitality industry in V3 to enhance relationships with our partners and provide a superior client experience.

With deep expertise of the art world and a proven international network, Constance is perfectly positioned to help our clients harness their creative passions and investment needs. As an Advisory Board Member, she works in close consultation with the V3 team to support our delivery of art advisory services to individuals and families.
Constance started her career at NSM Art in Paris, a subsidiary of Neuflize OBC, where she specialised in valuation consulting and asset management for the art collections of private clients. With similar entrepreneurial spirit that sits at the heart of V3, Constance later began her own contemporary art agency, CDM Art.
Leveraging her experience, Constance acts as a guide to V3’s team in the management and valuation of art collections and proposing art financing or insurance solutions. She believes passionately in our philosophy that wealth is about more than investment needs, but about the full spectrum of requirements, passions and interests which influence an individual’s decision-making.

With more than 20 years of experience specialising in residential property for private clients, Alex understands the values of quality service, discretion and integrity which we hold dear at V3.
Having started his career at a boutique central London agency before joining John D. Wood, Alex then joined Knight Frank in 2005 to set up their new lettings agency in Mayfair. Since then, he has played a fundamental role evolving the firm’s real estate services to become a globally renowned property consultancy for private clients.
His extensive experience includes three years leading the expansion of the International Residential Team’s network across Europe and the Caribbean and six years facilitating sales on multi-million dollar properties in central and Southern Europe. Under Alex’s guidance, Knight Frank’s expertise of the Swiss market has grown to a network distributed throughout the country with 13 locations.
Alex’s unique understanding of international clients makes him perfectly positioned to support us in the delivery of real estate advisory services to our network.
William is a Senior Intelligence Security Advisor for V3. His approach to managing security shares many similarities with our philosophy of managing wealth: it is holistic, detail-focused and carried out with a complete understanding of the context and variables that will affect outcomes.
As a member of our Advisory Board, William supports us to create tailored, reliable security and protection solutions for our clients. He has extensive operational experience worldwide in intelligence-led investigations, close protection, personal protection, covert surveillance and counter surveillance.
William places the utmost importance in conserving and respecting privacy and security for wealthy individuals and families. This makes him perfectly positioned to support our clients, who not only place importance on achieving their investment goals but also protecting their personal and economic well-being.
